Ultimate Frisbee Club - First Aid training

Massey University Ultimate Frisbee Club (MUUFC) (2020/R2)

Julia and I (Jonathan) did a one-day Red Cross First Aid course. We feel more secure now knowing how to be a first responder. Some particularly interesting topics were learning about CPR, how to spot a stroke and how to treat burns. This is a valuable life skill that we are happy to know about.
