MUA Fencing Federation (2020/R2)

>Our club asked the committee to approve the expenses of 2020 Nationals which supposed to be held in Oct 2020 in Dunedin. Due to uncertainty of COVID-19, Fencing New Zealand decided to swap the event with the President Cup. We got approval from the ASA that we could use the approved funding to purchase ticket to Wellington instead. However, the event has been cancelled due to alert level 3  in August 2020. We have purchased the flight ticket from the Flight Centre and Air New Zealand gave us credits instead of a refund.

We will use the flight credits in 2021 to cover other travel expenses.
