Food Tech. AGM and Quiz

MUAFTS - MUA Food Technology Society (2019/R2)

Massey University Albany Food Technology Society (MUAFTS) held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) in a "Pub" Quiz style on the 22nd of March 2019. The word "Pub" is in quotation marks " because we served delicious mocktails to our members instead of serving alcoholic beverages. We served pizza, a subway platter, cookies, chips, veggies and dips, and of course our home-made delicious mocktails.

We introduced our Executive Team to our fellow members, so they could a put a face to who we all are, and also provided them with a little teaser of what we have planned for the year ahead.

The event was a huge success and marked the attendance of around 30 members. All members had great fun, with getting into teams and socializing over a Kahoot quiz. We had various categories which incorporated questions about food in general and the food technology world. The feedback from the members was very positive, with many people requesting that we hold this event again.
