Snorkel at Poor Knights Islands

MUA Underwater Club (2021/R4)

The Underwater Club would like to thank the Grant Committee for their continued support and funding which has allowed us to do some awesome events in 2021. In 2021 we received funding for Round 4 which has allowed us to do a dive/snorkel event at Poor Knights Islands. This event was a great success and we had a lot of fun diving the pristine marine park at Poor Knights Islands. Through the grant money we received, we were able to go on board Auckland Scuba Dives boat and do 2 dives at Poor Knights Islands. Our first dive was at Northern Arch and our second dive was at Maroro Bay. Through the grant money we were also able to hire gear and pay for fuel to and from the event.

We could not have achieved this without the support and funding from the Grant Committee, so thankyou for the continued support in our club.
