AMESS - 2022 Exec First Aid Training

The two additional members of AMESS that were elected part way through the year were able to do the first-aid course with red cross. The purpose of this grant was to give the executive team adequate first aid skills for when we host AMESS event on or off campus, so students can enjoy the event and feel comfortable that the executive team have training if something was to go wrong, health wise. We both enjoyed the course over a day in mid sem break.

We did an 8 hour course in-person with the red cross in Albany, with hands-on demonstrations and assessments.
