AMESS - Engineering Society (2022/R4)

The annual AMESS and MUAFT’s Bake Off was held on the 3rd of August where both food tech and engineering students showed off their baking skills. The baking was presented to a panel of judges who were also a mixture of food techs and engineers. They judged the baking based on criteria such as presentation, originality, and difficulty. After the judges’ students were able to taste the baking as well and marvelled at the creations from their fellow students. Competitors were presented with a $20 Westfield voucher as compensation and the winners were presented an extra prize of $50, $30, and $20 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively.
