AMESS - Black Out Party

AMESS - Engineering Society (2019/R5)

AMESS organised with the assistance of The Ferguson and ASA the semester two O-Week student party. The party had a blackout theme which utilised black lights which made white clothing and UV paint glow. On arrival students were able to paint themselves with the provided UV paint and attach various glow sticks to help with the theme of the party.

The engineering student, Luke Barker started the night as the warm up DJ before the main event DJs arrived, Zeisha, Champion, and Arii. The event started at 9 but it wasn't until 11 when the main crowd arrived (taking fashionably late to a new level).

The students who participated looked to be having a great time. A lot of effort was put in on their part to make the UV paint worth its while.
