Albany's Lecturer of the Year 2016
ASA is proud to announce that Dr Frederick Lam has been voted "Lecturer of the Year" for 2016.
152 lecturers were nominated for this award by the students on the Albany campus and they were all invited to attend a celebration luncheon and awards ceremony on Friday 18th November. Without a doubt this is an event that once attended, lecturers strive to be invited to again. RSVPs to the invitations included comments such as:
"Thanks yet again for organising LOTY which is my favourite event of the year!"
"I am thrilled at being nominated for a LOTY"
"It is always a fab event"
Nominees were presented with a certificate showing the comments that students had included with their nominations and took away a LOTY ribbon and feather (and a very full candy bag!)
A trophy was awarded to each of the 4 college winners and some special Advocacy Accolades, a.ka., "The Penny's", were also awarded. Full results are below.
